I was on a 9.99 package with plusnet, I said I was leaving to change isp and they quickly called me and offered me a "TRIAL" of a better package and said it would be for a month only, but they have been charging me for this pro package for 6 months now and I never asked for this 
I have been off work with an illness for 2 years, I never check my bankstatments as there is only this on debit, Just lucky I checked this one.
Is there anything I can do about this ?
I sent them an email and they claim there is no way this could have happened, yet it has.

I'd leave and go somewhere else anyway, they openly throttle torrent traffic.
Do you have any emails etc of them saying they'd do it?

Nope, no emails, no nothing
I asked for the MAC key so I can swith to another broadband company.
I dont download much from Torrents, just want something good for gaming.
Now they restricted me to 128k and download speeds are like 16kb and its not good 
Supanet do upto 8mb unlimited for £9.99 a month so I will try with them.

They restrict if you go over quota. I just schedule anything big for overnight.

Thats the thing my gb usage is 15gb and its only the 11th, I checked the chart in the members area and its saying 2gb used.
