There was a trailer for this at the cinema last night and I must say it looks really good. Havn't played the original and only have this trailer to go buy but it looked very War of the Worlds.

Whats the original like and is this going to be any good?

I really liked the original, so can't wait for the next one to come out, played it on co-op mode with a mate, kept us entertained for a couple of weeks.

I will be buying the new one.

Resistance 1 is on platinum now, or £10 in a second hand shop like CEX

First one was really good. Fairly simple game, but decent story and very playable - really enjoyed it
