Normally spot on with delivery. Unless its not on the shelf, but thats normally explained when ordering

I ordered a bottom pulley for an XE. Told me it would take about a week, after 3 I phoned for about the 5th time and asked for a refund. He said fine, the money will be in your account. Then a week later the pulley turned up 
Has put me right off anyway, but it seems it was an isolated case.

i ordered a set of hoses, didnt tell me they didnt have them on the shelf, so i ecpected them to take maximum of a week to turn up, to 3 n half weeks untill i phoned them and not gettin any answer from them then they told me they were still being made, so ended up being a month with my car off the road,
really good quality stuff just make sure you phone up when ordering and ask if they have on shelf

pissing me about on a mount, phoned on friday and told it would be sent out on tuesday, phoned up today to check it had been sent and now told it will be sent on thursday..
sent the other mounts quick i must admit... just really want to get the engine in tbh

ordered 4 times from there. 3 out of the 4 orders took longer than 3 weeks to come. When you phone them make sure its in stock otherwise you will have a wait.

If he had told me 'it'll be 3 weeks till we can get it to you' I'd have appreciated it much more than him keeping on saying 'yeah, next couple of days it should be there' about a dozen times

i fink they are only a small family run company witch is good and they have good advise jus havnt got enough time to deal with alot of orders i spose,
my friend brought an lsd from them and ended up with two lol so he got a goo ddeal
