its only run through a 1.0l battery. if i replace it with a 550amp 1.5 diesel battery will it stop this ???

I would think you will need the alternator off a 1.5 too

i would suggest the alternator aswell as your lil alternator wont have enough grunt to charge your battery if your using subs like that! You sound just like my mate, night club on wheels

Also look at getting a powercap! very useful

id say you'd probably need a power cap, do your lights fade when your subs are on high?

Firstly upgrade your alt and battery. Once you've done that get yourself a powercap as it will resolve any further power drain caused by your nightclub on wheels. At present i would assume that not only are the revs dropping but your lights will be flickering/dull making it dangerous at night. Not to mention that you'll be slowly killing your original battery and alt by over working them.
