media player classic, is there any way of moving the menu bar to the top of the screen?. as when i move the curser off the screen it opens the menubar evertime lol.

can i set different wallpapers on both screens?

That does alot of things that you require.

thanks nismo, this lets me have a separate menubar to open the programmes which is helpful.

but ive moved the dual display to the side instead of above now so its cured the problem with WMP.

is there any way to set it so i can put the laptop on standby/or screensaver whilst watching a film through the HDMI?

just go into power options and set the laptop screen to do nothing when you close the lid, then just put the film on and close the lid on your laptop.
