I have a weird clicking noise on full right lock coming from my front passenger side wheel any ideas?
The car has just had a new bottom balljoint and new driveshaft.

Mine always does this. Passed few MOTs and services doing it I just tend to not put it on full lock

Its gonna eventualy break isnt it then you will have either very limited (with lots of grinding noise) or no drive at all on one side of the car.
Best to replace if it gets worse.

Could get worse. Dry up/snap. Wheels won't turn. Car is stuck
Worst case; happens at high speed and bits of CV smash through your sump and the cars behind you!

You won't have any drive at all, if a driveshaft goes the other wont turn.

Oh right is this because of the diff?
Like when youve jacked the car up and you turn a wheel the other wheel will turn the other way.....so with one side not connected the other side cant turn at all?
Edit - obv it will still turn..i mean no drive then
