my right hand side inacaters only very dim and it keeps melting fuses left hand side is fine and the is a rusty coloured liquid in the engine bay behind the light looks like it coming from the rad dont no if thats melted the wires but any ideas what that is aswell why i am here lol ???

Maybe a problem with an earth. Check them all just incase
