Well the project is moving along nicely and the ordering of parts continues and I am going to order a shortshifter.

I assume it would be easier to fit with the box on the ground before the engine goes in, but it wouldnt be here in time.

How hard are they to fit when the box etc is in the car? And will the help improve the less than tight feel of the gearbox on the GSi?

just take the mount of and you should be able to do it easily
