It depends.
If your going for an already developed kit eg from regal then looking at £3950 to start with.
Then got to consider compression ratio so need lower compression pistons (and/or layered head gasket)
Making the engine stronger to handle the boost and extra power (ARB Bolts??)
An aftermarket ECU to monitor the turbo and likely loads more than i've mentioned.
Though don't rule out doing though, as it's been done, can be done, but not often done.
But one of those things best done DIY if you have the knowledge.

Ah don't let it put you off, but it's not a cheap option though.
Could consider the Vxr lump from the Meriva/Corsa?? Which is the Z16LEH
As far as heard, the Z16LEH block is based on the X16XE so mounts (would imagine) be same/similar.
Know theres a project build on here, can't remember who exactly it is though.
Though in fairness their doing an immense job of it!
Worth considering!

driver side mount needs fabricating, others depend on the gearbox u go for.
can use a corsa vxr turbo unit on a x16xe though

I thought about the turbo unit on the X16XE but imagine the pistons would still need changing? but either way that would be an interesting build
