alright guys, how would i go about declairing a corsa to be a c20xe? from say a 1.6 16v... do i just change the code on the logbook?

as simple as that really.
they may want to inspect your car tho thats the old problem but its very rare they do this. normaly dont care as they are getting more money for road tax

its on the block..
well if youm look down where the block meets the gearbox at the front (radiator side) there will be the engine number stamped into the block

i woulda just used the logbook, will ava looky later, oh yeh warren it runs! sorta got small problems with it not going past 4500 rpm tho

i could not read my engine number due to corrosion so i phoned dvla and they said just write NOT KNOWN in the engine number section long as they had date of change and capacity was fine

i never changed mine from xe or turbo , i should change the engine number as its stil a 1.4 .. cc says 1998 tho

engine size is still 2.0 no matter if its got a turbo or not
