I have put a C16XE into my 1.2 8v.
All the wiring is correct but I have no power to the fuel pump.
The fuel relay is clicking when cranking and I have tried several relays with the same result.
I wired the pump direct and it works fine but the engine still won't start even though I have a good spark.
Could the ECU be faulty?

are you plug leads on in the right order?
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Sorry, ignore my first reply. I completely miss-read your problem.
First, test the relay inputs.
Does it have a good earth?
Is there a good, switched power supply to it?
Do you get a good switching signal to the relay?
do you have good continuity from the relay to pump?
Is the fuse ok?
If you can work through those you will no doubt find the fault.
