Author seat belt unclipping when driving

For some reason my seat belt randomly unclips when I'm driving but doesn't unclip when I plug it in and try 'ragging it' out...

Any suggestions why or how to prevent it?

Need a new seatbelt clip with tensioner etc.

vauxhall done a recall on these when i used to work for them. there is a kit sometimes pops up on e bay recently done it on the girlfriends b it replaces the clasp thaat the buckle clips into without changing the tensioner

They did indeed, had mine fixed for free!

Some times you can get baggy clothes caught in it, it feels like its clipped in place but it hasnt.

can buy a kit that comes as 2 buckles from about £20 from vaux , with no need to change the tensioner
