Hi there

Check this pic out, its what i am faced with:




Its roughly 2inches too long on the straight part. Is this common problem?

I dont have the thermostat to rad hose for the other side yet but that gap looks too small for the hose also.

Radiator definatly in the correct position?

i had a similar prolem with mine from chris astley, it was too short, i waited nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive so i just cut it in the middle and put a joiner in was so anoyed

I will wait until i have the thermo to rad hose and see if that joins. Then i can make adaptions. I was looking at some at PVS today and they ALL look ALOT shorter than mine!

Yeah so is my mates, this was purchased well over a year ago so maybe thats the case. Anywway thought it would still fit!

i dont think your rad is mounted in the right place mate. it should sit more to the passenger side of the car imo

Aye the rad doesn't look like its in the correct place either but the hose is definitely too long.

Thanks for the replys, but theres only 1 place the rad can be mounted. As it sits in the bungs in the front bottom beam.... Right..?

Very true, it won't sit properly unless it's correctly positioned so it must be in the right place

One end is larger than the other as the water bar diameter is larger than the rad hole diameter. Deffo correct way round-
