What do i need for the conversion?

I need to know everything so I can start collecting

hubs
shafts
engine mount
loom
ecu chip transponder
fuel pump
exhaust
rad?

Also my car doesn't have PAS and I can't be arsed to change the rack and the engine has a PAS pump could I take it off? and get a none PAS belt??

Think you've just about listed everything there.
If you get a belt from a Pre 96 Corsa Sport with no PAS that should sort that problem out.

Loads of people are saying to use the 12v box? :S

You can use your 1.0 hubs and shafts You will also need to change you dials for 16v ones as they 1.0 are different

Edit: mate of mine also told me that the header tank is different as well? Can anyone confirm this?

they are differant tho and you missed the most important bit BRAKES just buy vented 256mm discs and carriers the callipars are the same

you dont need to do anti roll bars or headder tank, you can keep 1.0l box shafts hubs all you will need is brakes, engine, loom, ecu/chip/transponder and drivers side mount
