I tried using a grommet like you do for de-wipering the rear, it mega failed.
So i stuck a sharkfin on

I bought the packet of 3 grommets from Halfords, where one of them is the right size for the rear wiper hole.
One of the others fits the aerial hole, its a bit wierd as its a square hole but trust me, it does fit

IIRC Vauxhall sold a bung for the ariel hole - the very very very poverty spec ones came without a radio (just a tray) = no ariel = bung to cover the hole!
Might be worth trying your friendly local Vauxhall dealer
