i have a tool that you bolt to yor hub and i presses against the inside of the arch with a small as as you apply pressure and roll it across it pulls it out, just checking for any potential problems before using it

you can flare out the metal lip and gain about 15mm/20mm clearance but the arch trims will need alot of tigerseal and some g-glamps to get it to sit flush against the bodywork

did one front arch last nite, pulled the lip out and timmed it back, then rolled it, came out great, and the arch goes back on with no issues, will update when i try a rear one
