I'm dropped 40mm on 16"s with 195/45 tyre. I reckon this is the best set up for a corsa which is gonna b used every day!
*All rims go straight on, with out ANY arch work
*Rims just front arches nicely, and rears sit slightly inside
*Not too bumpy ride either
*Performance remains reasonable (Can still pull a ton in a 1.2 8v with this set up)
*Combat front still got decent clearence for speed bumps etc.

Yes Dan, all that is needed is a Corsa 1.2 8v in good working condition and a fuck off big hill.

yeah i had a 40mm/16'' setup on my corsa 1.2 8v. handles like a go-kart!!
and as for the 100mph. the corsa will do 90mph on a straight road, i had mine down a 3mile hill on the motorway, a gale behind me, and my induction kit sucking in loads of cold air (december night), and i saw 108mph.

but speedo's go inaccurate at that speed so it was more like 99/100 if it was to be recorded properly.

handling doesnt improve with the lower your car goes. Handling is improved by decent shocks n springs, which depends on what you need them for. 40mm would be better then 60mm though, but 60mm will look fat

dig dave, just start by removeing the rear arch bolts, this solves most of it on 16's. just do more if u need to, i ran 16's for a year without doin anymore than this, was fine with 3 people in car.
