removing the engine from my corsa sport and the person interested in the engine has a 8v corsa so the driverside mount will be different and also the engine comes with pas pump and the car it would be going into does not have pas,
is there anyway of mounting the x16xe in the bay of a corsa that has the mount on the chassis leg rather then in the chassis leg?
and also is there a way that the car can either be fitted with a shorter belt to eliminate the pas pump? or is there another option?

my mate has a gsi engine in his 1.2 8v shell mate he just made up a mount

just use the 1.2 mount. Put an x16 in my mates nova a while ago so anything you need to know about wiring immobiliser and stuff let me know

you need the alternator bracket off a 16v without pas with the tensioner on the rear of the engine instead of the front

1.2 mount? you mean the part that bolts to the front of the block?
what 16v ecotec engines came with out pas or should that be what 16v ecotecs came with eps?
