Hi, what fuel economy can be expected from a corsa B Sport 1.4 if carefully driven?
its doing 35mpg which i didnt think was very good, of is it just due tot he cars weight?

Depends on different things, is it regulary serviced? Is is town driving or motorway driving?
Theres loads of stuff that can affect it, my missus 2.0 is better on petrol that the 1.6 was.

i'd be happy to get 35mpg in a 1.4 thats pretty good.

would you expect to get better fuel econnomy from a bigger engine? i notice it is fairly low on power at low revs, up till 4ish krpm, presume this is normal for the 1.4 16v? i guess it would also suggest its not so good on fuel at less than 4k.
