got a corsa c 2.0 lump init it was a 1.0ltr before so wondering if dash loom needs changing as i got 2 ecu's onit one is old ecu and one engine any ideas people.do i have to change all the dash loom?
is there anyone that done a c20let in a corsa c or c20xe?

yeh m8 i was thinking it was fueling but i think my loom aint done proberly and theres 2 ecu's on the car which someone told me there shud only be one

Rip it all out and got Z20LET, you'll NEVER have a proper working dash.. The Corsa C has got a body control module that controls the dash electornics.
People leave the old ECU in so they can still have a dash and power steering.
I'll say it again: I've never, ever, ever, ever, ever seen a C20XE engined Corsa C that hasnt got LOADS of electrical problems and almost useless dashboard.

ye m8 but insurance on z20let is going to be too much think im going to go for 1.8 sri engine only choice

you can use the two ecus, the dash ecu will just need the feeds from the engine ecu im sure?

or rip all the dash and engine ecu out and use everything from a 1.6 corsa? dash loom ect

or run aftermarket managment, with 52mm gauges and a aftermarket speedo rev counter ect

i beg to differ mate.
I can name a few C's with the old style engines which have the dash all working, its just knowing how

me and my m8 are starting on weekend going to try sort out wireing as theres alot of wires not connected..
beardy you see your corsa b 3.0v6 wot rad did u put in as my corsa 3.0 v6 got 1.4 rad and my temps like on 100 ?

Its just not worth all the agro mate.. Z20LET is such a simple conversion by comparrison (mechanically and electronically) and its a far, far, far better engine..
And yes I am talking from experience, I have done the electrical work for serveral ZLET C's..

I agree there is alot more work in getting the CLET to work with the dash but you said made out it was not possible when it can be done if you know how.
ZLET wiring is very very easy, even more so if its a 1.2 16v or 1.0.
