Hi Everyone, my friend has a 1ltr (X10XE) corsa B and he's having a few drivability problems like the engine cutting out if he tries to put his foot down and such but it doesn't always happen (could go for a drive with you for an hour and have no problems but next time out it would just cut out whilst accelerating).

Previously he had problems with the EGR valve and the MAFM which have both been replaced, the car has been Diagnosed as 0 faults

does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Also if it helps the engine hasn't been modified, (no A/M air filter fitted) but does have a non standard exhaust.

throttle position sensor? mates one did this and found it to be the TPS

does the throttle position sensor come up on the diagnostics?

can you offer any other solutions?
