works fine until i either go for a long drive on the motorway or after i have been idling for a while...
on the motorway the speedo will start to wave around then eventually drop to 0 
also if i use anything electrical (ie) windows / indicators etc whilst the speedo is waving around it will wave around in time to the indicator, same happens if i turn up the radio, the speedo goes in time with the music.
also it cuts out at junctions etc when the speedo isnt working, (if im rolling with the car stalled and 'bump' it i can hear a relay click after the engine fires up)
possible causes apart from fuse 18? (i am unsure if the relay has anything to do with it.)
btw 98 sport electronic speedo, thanks in advance.
