How do you get gear knob off and handbrake off? - - just to fit new gaitor set thats all . . .

It depends, sometimes when you get the gearknob off theres still a white plastic piece thats pretty hard to get off the metal stick I think its glued together or something..
So you will have to saw it off or something and then eventually use some sanding paper if you want it to get down to the metal only.
Or, maybe it just pulls off - usually new models of corsas.

old gaitor wnt go over gearknob so i do need to. hoping i can slide new handbrake gaitor over it but dunno. ill have a look. cheers guys!

Have you put the gaitor inside out and untied it. or just cut it off. The gear knob is a git to get off but just a big pull it's off. but as said don't need to take it off. Just un tie it.
