So I'll make the decision that first date is next Wednesday, give everyone enough time to get some decent cars together and develop an A-class car.
Race tracks will be decided on the night, I suggest we are online for 8pm.
Will run for 3 weeks with 5 races a night.

Obviously the problem we have is that some people might not be avaliable on particular nights or if we have more members wanting to race than positions avaliable online so need to come up a plan as to how we sort out the points scoring if someone replaces a particular person in a lobby.
Suggestions?

Why don't you do regional leagues and the winners and runners up of each league go through to a knock out stage?

Just do this -
Weekly races.
League table (Can have as many names on as you want)
BUT the cut off for each week is Monday night, So we have a deffinite 8 people that want to play wednesday, might be less but it doesnt matter.
Then positions = points which you add to the league table.
If too many people want to play then we will just have 2 lobbys going on or something.

Bingo, yes good idea.
If we run this throughout the winter I'm sure it will level itself out for games played.
