basically recently had engine out and back in everything been plugged in how it can out... last night as was plumbin up last lil bits turned the car over and no start, undid the nipple on the fuel rail n no fuel spurted out, then checked the king lead on the dizzy onto the block and no spark... people have said replace the coil etc... but it seems weird that its just happened feel like iv forgotten something, any ideas would be much appreciated cars been off the road far too long already...

everything earthed?
should be earths on both bolts that bolt the fuel rail to the inlet, check there connected.
