i have actually put it on my corsa, and my 1.4 now has 120.7hp!

what engine mods have you done to get 120bhp as thts good from a 1.4

only mods are, piper X induction kit, powerflow backbox, inlet manifold, and head skimmed twice. thats all, i was amazed by the power of it!

skimmin the head will of caused the compression ratio to be higher how much ya had took of like pal

I would like to see the power graph, It dose sound optimistic if you dont mind me saying, but fair play to you a 120bhp 1.4 wont be slow they rev quicker than the 1.6's I thought.

nope, genuine 1.4, loook at the second page on the link on AOC i put at top, it shows the graph from rolling road.

The head was skimmed becus the head gaskets gone on it twice, so im not sure how much they wud have taken off?

it pulls so well now tho! and thats without a remap, atm it needs remaping becuase its overfueling like mad! also the bottom end berarings need doing as i can hear them knock a bit.

its amazing the gains you can achieve on these engines i love them me lol.gonna save some pennys n get a powerbox once ave rebuilt the engine

so a powerflow and a inlet gets 30 plus bhp on a 1.4? Without any re mapping at all?

yep, i know, thtats like 30hp gain! i cant wait to get a remap, i just hope the internals can take it. i dont understand how its increased by so much

I don't think you can re map em just chip em iirc , if its overfueling and the big ends knocking I can't see how its makin 120hp how good were the rollers ?

A power box gives you 10-11bhp

My old 1600 16v, with decat/exhaust, powerbox and set of Kent cams made 127.

crikey i almost haave as much as ur 1.6, how hard are cams too put in?

im currently havin problem with emission and fueling, its overfueling like mad, im wodering wether i need a new MAP sensor? wud blocking up EGR valve cause very high emissions?

also the rollers were at MPG middlewich
