How easy is it to remove them and refit new ones?
Is it a case of knocking them out and knocking new ones back in or do you have to use an arbor press?

Normally they need to be frozen so they contract and then pressed out.

How do you freeze just the guides and not the head itself liquid nitrogen?

Take it to a proper engne shop. U need heat head to knock guides out and to fit back in, and u wil need to recut the seats so square wit guides, which wil def need to get done properly.
