When cold, they dont judder, one stop from 70mph and they judder really really badly (That time and then the next few stops until they cool again), though the steering wheel, not the car.

Calipers, discs and pads have been changed for near new items. Wheels were changed front to back and back again, no change.

Im thinking shit/cooked pads.

Any other ideas?

Cheers.

Im sure if the discs and pads were bad it would judder when cold also.
Its juddering when hot because the discs and pads are working much more efficently.

Id look at worn bushes on the arb or worn ball joints on the lower arms.

ARB has been removed. Why would you do that ?

Thats part of the strength of the front end.

The ARB isnt, Novas run the same front suspension setup than a corsa and most dont have a ARB.
I removed it due to handling, improves it!

The brakes seem to have bedded in a bit, copper slip, a wheel change and it seems much better, i do intend to replace the cheap shit pads though.

may be worth taking it to a mot station and getting them to put it on the rollers to see if the disks are warped
