Do you have a B&M or Home Bargains shop near you? They tend to have canvas prints like that in them, or are you looking for a flat picture in a frame? As again, they probably have poster type things which will work

I've taken to looking on flickr lately. You could probably go to Ikea and get something generic, but there are millions of unique photos on there and you'll probably find something more specific that way.
