hi basically the alternator on my corsa 1.6 has given up on me and i was wandering if its the same alternator from a 1.2 8v? i was also andering if one off a deisel will fit, as they produce abit more power dont they because im going to be running spot lamps shortly. anyone know if one off a corsa van etc would work/ fit. how hard a job is the alt to change? looks pretty fiddly to me. thanks for any help

no you will need one off a 1.4 16v or 1.6 16v

i think i have a spare £30 inc postage
