I'm wanting to strengthen my car in preparation for my engine conversion, was just wondering where I weld the plates etc, or is there a kit? And if anyone has pics. I'm new to all this engine conversion stuff, so any advice/help would be appreciated.

Never done it before but the kits are availible from LMF on the link below. Have heard people say that they are very good quality

no need to streghen it with 2.0 8v , if you are doing 8v make sure you buy the seh 130bhp engine as ive had the c20ne 115bhp and my 1.6 felt as quick so isnt worth the hassle.

tbh you're wasting time and money doing it for a 2.0 8v no matter how much you want to do it. Front strut brace would have more of an effect.
