Hey, i have a single din hu in my Corsa already, but need to fit another din unit next to it.

Has anyone tried this?

If so what did u use to secure them, and to go on the front of them to make them flush with the dash (if u know what i mean)

Any ideas appreciated.

cheers

I've got a single din stereo in my new sxi, i bought an adaptor plate, but i don't know how you'd fit 2 HU's cos the width of the gap gets wider towards the bottom

Only thing i can think of is to cut the back off the adapter i have now, and use that. Still wouldn't be secure tho.

There was a silver Corsa C in Total Vaux that did it a few months ago.

Any ideas??

tried the ice shops mate and they haven't a clue.

The Corsa C does have a double din space i know, but there is nothing to keep the units in the dash, and stop them falling out.

yeh i saw it too. he had a graphic equaliser and a seperate tv headunit. alrtogerher 2 din units. i think he musta just modified the plastic adaptor.

do u still have the original vauxhall metal cage ?? if so then put that bak in (if u removed it) and that will hold the 2 units, all 'll need to do then is to modify the plastic adaptor so that it covers the gaps..

hope u know wat i mean, i cansee it in ma head lol! hard to try an explain tho!

use the original black vauxhal cage. it has runers on it so that u can slide in a unit at the top and also the bottom, so would hold 2.

i saw just cut the plastic adaptor straight down so that it is one big rectangle. because if ur putin in 2 headunits then the frames/surounds for these will fit in better that way..
