well i bought a boot lid today and got it fitted straight away and fitted my wiper motor and stuff into it
it worked fine in the old boot and worked fine today but now when i went back out and piped the washer jet in then tryed it it dusnt work neither do the fronts it was installed properly as it was working this morning but now its not
does anyone have a idea what it could be

if its blowing fuses straight away try a bigger amp fuse m8

FFS don't do this, way to cause an electrical fire 
Are you using the right fuse? Check the handbook first. If so you have a short somewhere causing the problem
