Grey area of the law i think. Some people say it has to be infront of the front wheels, others say its ok in your window. Round here there is a golf and mini cooper that dont have a front on, never seen them get pulled etc and seen them like it for a while

I think it is illegal but if you get caught you'd probably get a certain time to put it back on or something. As for the filler thing id use fibreglass first, then filler . Or if you know how to plastic weld, do it.

you can get fibreglass filler that you use just like normal filler

cheers, when i get round to it gunna tidy up all the front end as its had a bump in the past, the panels are bit wonky and bumper's got a crack or two here and there
