right over last few days ive had a few oil leaks thought at first was coming from the racker cover gasket and then leaking on exhuast manifold so new gasket plus some sealent and was ok for a day or so then happened again mass amount of oil on the exhaust manifold. on closer inspection its coming from the oil cap 
ran car for abit then let it idle for about 5 mins when i reved her up i noticed the oil cap was being pushed up and forcing oil out
any ideas what it could be???

brand new cap unless im being stupid and there a seal somewere else

Breather (from the rocker to the induction pipe) is blocked.

I had similar on my XE a few years ago, fucked 3 rocker gaskets in a week till I realised what it was

well breather that goes to inductuion pipe is now breather goin to catch tank so thats not blocked will check other one in a bit

its piston rings no 3 and 4 are showing bad compression oh well new engine time
