Well her it is.
Pictures are off my phone so low quality.
Got to clean it properly first and get it warm
Will get bits as I go along.
Bathroom, small but perfect for me

Bedroom 1:
2 singles can be removed, may make this an office.

Bedroom 2:
My little brother and sister want these for when they come.

Main Bedroom:
Not bad size, loads of space for clothes and stuff.

Front room and kitchen, Mum and little brother/sister helping out:

Not bad for £50 a week

Here:

I work for the company, it is a sister company of our development business.
We have recently expanded the park, and as such renewed a load of statics, so we kept these for seasonal staff, but thought I would get one
The outside is like a building site but it is getting landscaped this winter.

It is for me Nathy.
Russ, got panel heaters that use fuck all electric, been told to leave them on and it makes it a nice temperature.
As for plans. Just clean it up, usual house furnishings, may get some scrap metal and a dog in there too

Panel Heaters use as much electricity as they state, usually 450w or 650w. In winter I cant see these keeping you warm?! Also, the temp will never get warm enough for the stat to kick in so you will be eating that much leccy * however many you have going. Believe cheap leccy tariffs are 10p/kwh.
2 x 650w (1300w) x 6 hours a day (7800w) x 0.10p (£7.80) x 30 = £234 a month
Unless I've got my calculations or assumptions wrong of course

Yee, but he has had his on all day, so a pretty good comparison.
Luckily their is doors seperating every room, so I may just stick a small heater in the front room and main bedroom and put them on a timer, like 1 hour before I get home so it heats up nicely Going to look at semi permanent sealing the windows as they are drafty.

Just a little, it's 1.3x9x0.10x30 so £23.40 a month
As above really, couldn't live in one but that's very cheap!

Yes.
I said to the mrs, to fit in I am going to fill the outside area with scrap and get a dog. She said, why do you want a dog.
Spent £115 yesterday on bits and pieces, will be unpacking when I get back from Uni so over the weekend will get better photos
