i want to remove my front seatbelts, (the bit attached to the b-pillar) to fix my showcage to it, i took the clip off and tried to unscrew the 50p shaped bolt with a spanner and had no joy with it, i know it sounds like a daft question but is there something im missing that i have to do first? cos they seem to be welded on atm!

They will unscrew if you get some leverage on them.

better doing with a socket get more grip on the bolt

get a socket on there and it will undo, there quite stiff but not that hard
