As above wonder if anyone knows. Ive seen a derelict property and had been for 5 or so years . Apparently previous owner is no longer about. Hsbc own the house. Does anyone know if you can buy direct from hsbc and if so how

hsbc will advertise through estate agent f they wish to sell it
