good morning i have replaced the clutch on a megane 1.4 8v 2000 reg and cant for the life of me get it adjust its cable operated if thay helps

really cant understand what you are asking?
why do you need to adjust it?
is the clutch not working? youve probly fitted the clutch the wrong way round

You can't adjust it that's why, if you can't get the cable on you have a problem somewhere else.

basically i have fitted a new clutch tp a megane and every thing is how it should and now it wont select and gears

Then you have clearly fitted something wrong or not attached something somewhere

Clutch the right way round?
Anything stuck inbetween the bell housing and engine block?
Wrong clutch?
If it selected gears before you put the new clutch in then you must of done something wrong

found out the new release bearing is knackered 1 of the clips on it was bent well cracked
