I have already got the Twin Vibe 12" box and i have just purchased the VIPE VP4 from a guy online. i have been told that i need to "bridge" the amp to run the two subs. what does this mean and how do i do it?? Will i be able to do it with a normal Amp Wiring Kit or do i need an extra thing?

well, use 4 gauge wiring or bigger. You need to connect the speakers in paralell to the amp.
What i did was run 2 sets of wires from the output on the amp and took a set to each binding post on the box.

just buy a 4 gauge wiring kit but connect the speakers to the amp in this way, this is the easiest.

If it's a mono block then u just use one channel for one sub and the other channel for the other sub. Don't need to bridge.

Nah urs is single channel but it has 2 speaker outputs to make it easier to drop it to a 2 ohm load http://www.mobilcaraudio.com/catalog/item/364006/92288.htm

jayc it can be for two subs, just a monoblock is only a single channel. Just cos its single channel it dont mean you can only hook one speaker to it
