hi mate sorry bother you,a purchased a instrument cluster from ebay its tech2 reset,was told need to reprogram,the thing is a have op-com vauxhall diagnostic tool,but others are saying its obd2 tech2 vauxhall interface,this one av got 170949012344-ebay,,,,,so is this one same stuff 150571718562-ebay on it,look forward to your reply
