Hi, just put a 1.2 8v from a p reg corsa into a mk1 nova...the corsa drove into the shed so we know it was running.the engine swap was fine no probs, wiring to the car was fine, also put a digi dash in and that works fine...now for the transponder and chip..here is a little diagram on how i wired it in...
i have also put in the OBD2 port aswell but cant get any codes back yet...can anyone see a fault as its not running and the eml is flashing all the time?

EML flashing is immobiliser.
Make double sure you have voltage and continuity to ground at the transponder.
Also what are you doing for the key? Chip needs to be adjacent to where it would normally be if you're thinking or just taping it to the box inside the cowl.

Yeah its taped to the unit..defo got power and ground to the unit as i checked...the only thing i have left off is the fuel pump as it has not come yet, but i have 12v on the blue/red wire that goes to the pump on turn over...not sure if it needs to see the pump in as a loop???

You've no fuel pump? That would cause it not to run. 
Do you mean its not turning over?

not worried about the pump ive just dumped loads of fuel in so it should get something....i hope, its turning over fine its a new battery plus the charger on it. The light is still on when the ign is only on..i think i might wait untill the pump is on

If the EML is flashing then you will be going round in circles until you get that resolved

Hi, right after banging my head on the dash last night i need to find out where K94 is as i have 2 wires coming from red/blue pump wire......

Glad to hear you got it sorted, sorry I couldnt have been more help... I've not worked on Corsa's for a long time and always had the wiring in the back of a Haynes manual when I was stuck
