will Offset 42 17s on a corsa C with 205/40/17 tyres go on ok?

i want to be able to lower it about 40 mm?

yes shud be ok si-reading has et40 tsw reflex 17" but not lowered but i still think it would be ok

Sum et40s hit the front brake callipers, so check em out first mate.

i've got 38 offset lowered 40 on front and 60 on rear but did need to do some work
