i took some pics today at a local event and they r really fuzzy/blurry

are there prorams i can use to tidy them up cos trhey r worthless if they cant be enhanced

programs i have are adobe photoshop, paintshop pro 7 and microsoft (picture it) publisher but i dont know how to get the best out of any of them

all help appreciated, this is urgent!
