Had my free insurance renewal through the other day (bear in mind I had no ncb) They gave me 6yrs NCB.

Yes 1 yr my self and they gave me 5yr ncb works out at 65% discount

I've only been driving 4 yrs it's your age they go by. ( so when your renewal came in the first time you where 18, therfore you could only build 1yrs nc)

They r chattin crap 2 ya, I had this with mine, They give u a 6 yr discount if u stay with them (even with their discount it was more expensive), but if u go to another company you will only have 1 yr ncb, tis just an incentive to stay with them

stay with 6yrs or move with one hard choose. They were not expensive with me £375 before all mods so not that bad on a standard car
