Below is a pic of my induction kit....can anyone tell me how i could buy or make a heat sheild for it. The pics is a tad old, and doesnt show the cold air feeds it now has installed.

Ive got one, got it from demon tweeks, made by Green air filters and is £8.99, fitted that along with a cold air feed pipe, works well!

Yours is a bit big for a sheild. What I did with mine was, buy a sheet of ally from B&Q, get a pop rivet gun, drill and rivets. I made a line on the ally and driled holes every inch or so.
Placed the first hole on the rim of the induction cone - the biggest radius part. Drilled thru the hole and into the ally induction kit. Drilled all the holes and rivted them all.
When done, finish by riveting the ends of the sheet together. Trim it off so it fits in the place it is now and attach a cold air feed with big vent pipe using cable ties. It makes it loud btw. But my engine is cooler even in the heat and standing cos of it.
