Looks like im finally selling my Ford Fiesta Si this weekend (thank god only had it 6 months and caused loads of trouble) I am after the new shape only but know extremly little about the cars. I want one in black. I believe the new shape started at Y 2001 am I right? How reliable is the car? I am after an SXi?
Do you know of any review sites?
What mods are there out for the new shape (if any)
Any advice is would be very helpful

EXCELLENT thanks for your help. I can only afford a 1.0 ltr or hopefully Sxi. Step down in speed from a Ford Si but really like the 'C' in black. Any more advice and sites would be a big help as im starting out in the corsa world

Some things you should check:-
Common electrical faults
Gear linkage can be a bit ropey
Steering clunks, rattles, and knocks (v.common)
Disks and pads wear out quickly
Rear lights can hold water
Central locking motors can play up. always check the dead locks work with the remote
Drivers seat on SXi's wear quickly
