just finishing fitting 1.6 16v engine to my X14XE sport (1996) but it has a velos torque tube and i havnt got the diagram of how/where the vacuum hoses go that used to connect to the inlet manifold anyone explain to me where they go????

does anyone have the ve;los instructions or any ideas on how to plumb it all in? if so u2u or email us topshot_2k@yahoo.co.uk

its my engine and hes asked me and lee

Off the top of my head theres a t-piece after the one way valve on the brake servo hose, off that u need to connect the fuel pressure regulater and MAP sensor. u dont need to connect the others such as the secondary pump sensor thingy (the think with the yellow liquice allsort lol), the fuel tank vent valve. Thats what the instructions said and thats what we did to mine.

Different inlet manifold, but they're all vacuum or sensor related, so shouldn't be a biggie if you get them on in the wrong place, as long as they all fit on neatly without being stretched.
