it looks like the smaller tab has snapped off the exhaust cam pulley is this repairable, how much is a new one ? dunno if scrapy has anything like that in there

you would try super glueing it... its not gonna work though buy a new one

go to a scrap yard then, they'll hardl;y charge much will they!! And it's needed for the SFi to work on the engine.

the lug on the exhaust cam is missing on mine.. car seems to be alright though... but i'f i tamp in the trottle the car chucks... ecu light is perminatly on...

wonder will a new one sort that out...

mine more than likely got knocked off when the engine was out.... i had to pull the engine around the back garden a few times for various reasons

the only reason i coped it is cos i was in my mates garage doing some work on my car and a guy with a vectra was in geting work done on his car and he came over to me and showed my a brand new exhaust cam pulley and asked if i new how to fit it( i think he thought i worked there).

anyways he was explaining how the lug got knocked off and that he has an ECU light on.... si imeadiatly a bulb went up over my head *shwing!*

so i check mine and the lug was missing....

just make sure u have a cover of the pulleys when you start the engine

u dont what the lug enbedded in your eye... would be funny to see though
