Nearly finished the C20LET now, had it running but it won't stop boiling over, and this is before it gets to 100c, sometimes well before.
Anyone got any ideas?

can't be head gasket, I have just rebuilt the motor. So full head rebuild, checked for warping and new Z20 head gasket fitted.
Tried for air locks, but if it is one, I can't seem to get rif of it. How do i get rid of any air locks?
And I never thought about kinked pipes, i'll have to have a look tomorrow. Anything else it could be?

1. get engine up to about 95 degrees
2. remove cap from expansion tank
3. put blowers on hot on setting 2
4. run on fast idle (2000rpm) until coolant bubbles over from expansion tank
5. let it bubble over for 5-10 seconds
6. turn off engine and blowers
7. leave to cool down completely
8. top up expansion tank
that will get any airlocks out.
